As rules per the Apple App Store Terms Of Service, all sales are final. If you would like to request an exception refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com

Services

Refunds are only provided in instances that the job as initially requested was not finished. Any additional work will come with more labor and therefore additional costs. If a job is not completed as you would like, you may contact us and request the changes. As stated before, this will come with additional costs as this is additional work.
